All You Need To Know About Our Pre-sale

After meeting with Metaplex and Solana Labs and going over the issues that other Solana NFT launches have run into, we’ve come up with a plan to structure our pre-sale. We feel this plan minimizes potential problems and maximizes a fair launch. While we’ve structured our launch plan to leverage their advice, this article is not to be considered an endorsement from either party.

What do I need to do as a potential buyer?

There is now a 1 card limit per wallet. Other than that, the process for you as a pre-sale participant will not change from what has already been stated:

• We will open our pre-sale on Friday, August 20th, at 20:00 UTC.
• The website address is kaijucards.io.
• It’s first come, first served.
• The cost is still 3 SOL per card. You deposit your 3 SOL and then wait for the 1 hour buffer time as suggested by Metaplex.
• Any additional SOL taken in (we’re taking steps to minimize this) will be refunded ASAP (we’re looking at a same-day turnaround on this).

What will the Kaiju Cards team be doing?

We’re going to proceed as follows:

• Deposits of SOL will open at the pre-sale time.
• We’ll be live monitoring this process, and will be taking down the website ASAP after we’ve reached our deposit limit to minimize the amount of over-collected SOL.
• We will be taking the first 1000 unique addresses and pushing them for minting NO LATER than 21:00 UTC (one hour after the pre-sale opens). This means there will be a limit of 1 card per wallet.
• If you don’t get a card, or get only 1 and wanted more, don’t worry! Our Alpha Sale of an additional 3500 cards will go live very soon. We’ll be announcing a date ASAP!
