Intro To Good Earth

Hello future residents, tourists, and denizens of Good Earth. For our first module we are building a 2d, browser-based RPG.

We are very excited to have you all on Good Earth, and cannot wait for the ocean surrounding the island to be safe enough for boats to travel on

We will eventually be introducing PVP combat mechanics, but on launch our game will be solely based around PVE combat and trading. You will only need one card (kaiju, creature, friend, small frog who screams at you, etc) to play. There will be ways to play with multiple characters in your party at once, and various game related reasons why it would be useful to have more than one card. But one Kaiju is all that is required to play.

There is lots to do on Good Earth and our island comes with many attractions and points of interest. There are also lots of fun and exciting ways to die. You can take your Kaiju(s) through dungeons on combat adventures looking for treasure, gather and mine resources from the land, and craft all sorts of shiny (and not so shiny) items that you can compulsively hoard with materialistic fervor. All of the items you get in-game will be either NFTs or tokens.

All of the wizards and craftsmen from the Good Earth Board of Tourism have been hard at work trying to make water conditions stable enough to be open to the general public. As you know it is impossible to fly to Good Earth. Please do not attempt to fly. You will certainly perish.
